For attorneys

Your website must represent your skills and experiences. That is not just a list of cases you normally work on. You need to write valuable advice and information to show your potential clients what you can do for them. Such content will also help the search engines in ranking your website. The fact is that you cannot rely on a web designer to create such content for you. You need to do it yourself and you need to be able to do it at your free time and at no cost.

In theory, it is possible you write such materials and then give them to your web designer for inclusion; however, that will be a slow and costly method.

1.What chapters or categories should I have?
2.What may I write in each article?
3.Include your contact information:

What chapters or categories should I have?

Start with a home page to introduce yourself, your education and years of experience. Also write about your associations and specialties. Then add chapters or categories for each of the areas you work on. Chapters such as family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense, driving, taxation, or any other matter that you are focusing on.

What may I write in each article?

Your article must be filled with informative content. You must educate your potential clients and as you do this, you will gain their trust. Write why they need an attorney and what an attorney must do for them. Offer examples on how a good attorney can help them and protect them against unnecessary fines, loss of time, and financial losses.

Include your contact information:

Dedicate one of the categories or chapters to your contact information. Contact information may include name, address, phone, fax, email, direction and map. Also include your business hours and the best hours to call for appointment.
